Who the hell decided to give her a Photobook? Why? WTF? I don't understand? What is with this girl? Why is she getting so popular? Someone please help me understand this Beckii Cruel thing cos i really have no clue.

Beckii Cruel is basically a Japanese YouTube star. The Japanese are very good at promoting. I do not see it either.
