It's such a shame but just when they finally get a decent song, it has to be in the genre of music i cannot stand.

I'm a adult so to all those who are underage (18 here in UK), Drink responsibly, and don't do what I'm about to say. (oh and Here for the other things that you shouldn't do when drunk)

I don't really like music like this


i only like it when I'm so drunk that i can't even tell what I'm doing let alone what I'm listening to, and that usually ends up with me making out with some random drunk guy. So you can forgive me for saying that Momusu's new single (well the one that everyone has heard) reminds my of time with me ex who usually was the person who benefited from what happens to me when confronted with club music (and the reason is also the reason why i love Kanashimi Twilight so much)



I didn't want to say anything until a better version came out, but i really do not like this song.

I don't like that it's the Reina-Riho show. I was hoping that maybe Mizuki and Haruka would get more solo's but because of the vocal effects, all i can hear is Reina, Riho and Sayu.

And specking of vocal effect, there's too much of it. I'm used to Sayu being auto-tuned to death but to us it on ALL the girls? How are they suppose to sing this live? I love hearing Momusu sing their singles live, it shows us that they're different to all the other idols out there who need the vocal track to perform their singles live and it also shows us how much the girls are growing vocally. this is just going in the posit direction. if UFA are scared about the new girl's voices, than they shouldn't have graduated Ai and Risa when they did. They should of had new additions years ago.

And like i said, the type of music for me is in the worst genre for my ears. I can take rock, heavy metal, pop, 80's, hip-hop, 25p's crap (well it's actually 33p but it's a nickname that some British comedian gave 50 cent ages ago) anything but House, techno and dance. My ears cannot take it. I'm OK with the light stuff but when it gets heavy like this song, i turn off.

don't get me wrong, it's a good song and i really hope The Matenrou Show has more than the 2 R's singing on this but this is a song that won't grow on me.

Can i handle 11th gen????

That's a good question.

I've just gotten a handle on 9th gen and 10th gen is growing on me a bit, but 11th gen?

I knew it was coming what with Ai, Gaki and Aika's graduations all being so close. I guess i'm still trying to get use to Momosu changing, afterall, i did become a fan when they hadn't had any form of a line up change for a while.

I'm not going to comment on the graduations because what's there to say? Gaki wasn't my favourite but i'll miss her vocally since it seems like UFA/Tsunku aren't pushing the stronger vocalist from the new members and i didn't missed Aika at all while she was recovering (yeah i know, harse but true).

Don't get me wrong, i am lookng forward to what the auditions will being but i'm also not holding any form of hope that Karin will join (and for all those hoping uca will audition, i would like her too but i wouldn't be surprised if she ended up in the eggs, sorry, Kenkyuusei and was forsed to stop doing her videos).

What i am looking for is a girl/girls around 16/17 who have amazing voices NOW not in 5 years time. I'm looking for someone who loves Morning Musume, who have tons of personality and can move Riho back to her minor lead role (i really need someone who can reduce her lines so that i can actually listen to a Momosu song without having to lower the volume/completely skip her parts so that i can enjoy the song fully)

Right now, Vocally, only 3 members can really sing with little trouble,

 3 members have stand out personalities,

 and only 1 ace

Yes, she knows she's the top bitch now Gaki's gone.

While others are still growing in those departments,

 (They still need more time to stand out even though they already stand out, 9th gen still own them when it comes to TV appearances)

Untill she stops screeching her lines

i believe that UFA/Tsunku need to add 2 girls max to the group. Adding another 4 girls under 15 would be hard on 9th gen, 10th gen and us fans.

Hopefully UFA has their act together and is going to do everything they can to promote these girls, if they don't then what is the point of adding new girls if they can't promote the ones they already have?

(Sorry if this isn't up to my usual standard, having trouble seeing out of one of my eyes at the moment)

So i've realise that creating a page on this site just for Dream5 is going to slow down EVERYBODY'S computers what with all the videos that i keep uploading/finding.

Two Things

Two things have pissed me off recently.

1) Saying that Maasa has fat legs and that Zukkie needs to lose some weight
2) Saying that AKB is more talented than H!P and not even bothering to try to prove it to me.

Maasa does not have fat legs. Yes, she is a little bigger than the other 5 girls, but her legs are perfect for her. They are nice and shapely and the muscles she has in them could hurt you if you tried to slap them. You can only get legs like that from years of training. She IS NOT Fat.

Zukki is NOT fat. We don't know what she eats off camera. She could eat really healthily for all we know. It's mainly the clothes she wears and the girls she stands next to that makes her look bigger.

Neither girl is no more that a size 8/10 (UK size) and i might be wrong with that, But to say that they are fat and that they need to lay off the food is wrong.

Girls have many problems when it comes to their weight. Stress is a major factor in it as well. Girls either put on weight of lose weight. The fact that they are exercising everyday means that their bodies are doing everything it can to maintain itself. Don't forget that they ARE GIRLS!!! Girls put on weight every month whether they want to or not, and believe me when i say that it's a pain when you go to put on your favourite skirt that fit you last week and it can't fit now because of that 'girl' thing. It's a pain.

Remember, Maasa did lose the weight but she didn't look quite right to me, and now she's put it back on, i personally think she looks great.

When your not in the right mind for certain things like girls weight, it can really get you mad. These girls already get it from their management, media and themselves, we as fans should remember that they are young and they are trying their best and that girls are an extremely complicated species.

Bear in mind that i only got into J-Pop because of H!P. In 2009/early 2010 i focused more on H!P than anything else so when i started listening to other groups and artists, i use H!P and my personal experiences with Western music as a marker for how good something is.

With this in mind, i basically ignored the video as it really wasn't a good comparison are decided to read the comments.

• They only sell more because their management is better. It's not about the clothes cos at the end of the day, it doesn't matter that H!P are generally more talented than AKB, It's down to how each group are promoted and AKB basically whore themselves out (Sorry to be blunt but it is true. Just look at the amount of CM's they do for rivalling companies).
  

  

Which for me is true. but some hard core AKB fan decided to concentrate on on the fact that i said that H!P is more talented and proceeded to list off names of girls with nicknames that i have no idea about and they expect me, a H!P fan who really has no real interest in AKB with the exception of DiVA and Sato Amina, all of who i know can sing because i actually had the time to look for videos of them singing solo.

• AKB48 has far way more talent than H!P, tell me, how many good vocalist does H!P have?
  Reina, Riho, Mizuki, Aika, Miyabi, Momoko, Yurina, Airi, Maimi, Chisato, Kanon, Akari and Ayaka.
  How Many good vocalist AKB48 has?
  Takamina, Acchan, Kojiharu, Misaki, Akicha, Asuka, Sasshi, Haruka, Natsumi, Rabutan (Team A) Yuko, Tomochin, Sayaka, Umechan, Nito Moeno, Yui, Sae, Miichan (team K) Tomo~mi, Yukirin, Mayuyu, Yuka, Miho, Natsuki, And that's not mentioning the team 4.

So is it wrong of me to ask them to give me 10 example of said girls singing solo and not lipsycning?


another thing that got my worked up was that they only named the girls that sing lead. Captain, Nakky, Maimai, Rina, Maasa, Risako when she's in a good mood, Gaki and Haruka can all sing better that Meada Atsuko IN MY OPINION. Although she can sing better than Riho and Ayaka (i can understand Riho being there but i have no idea why Ayaka is on that list),  Tomochin is very weak, Saashi should just give up, she's weaker than Sayu when she's just sang and danced to a melody of 5 high-energy songs live on stage and I'm not a fan of Mayuyu.

I guess the only reason why i got Angy with this comment is because i know H!P girls can sing. They sing live majority of the time (the music shows they've been on recently have been either adding vocals to their performances during post production or actually making them lipsycn.

I like it when people try to get me to think about what I'm writing, it not only makes me a better writer but also a better person as i get to think about what i am saying and whether i feel like they have made a valid point. What i don't like is when people just state the facts and don't back it up.

My statement about their management is better is true, anyone can see that in regards to sales. And about them whoring them selves out for CM's, just look at the amount of CM's when you type in AKB48 CM's and, not including CM's for singles, look at the amount of products that come up.

Majority of my readers here are H!P fans so i feel i don't really need to back up what I'm saying sometimes as i know they know what I'm taking about. But as an AKB noob, You need to back up your statements to me to get your point across.

Because Tsunku IS his own biggest troll, he's created a piece of genius with Because Happiness by Berryz Koubou and Shiawase no Tochuu by C-ute.

First C-ute's song (just because it was released first)

It's such a beautiful Ballad. It shows off the girls voices nicely.

Now Berryz Song

I really wanted to like this song when I first heard it. It was happy and upbeat but i thought it was lacking something, like it wasn't quite finished. There are loads of empty spaces in it and i got frustrated with it. I felt like Tsunku wasn't paying attention to Berryz and gave them a half finished song.

Together

Together, they create this great little bit of happiness. This is proof that Tsunku can still make us cry in a good way as well as in negetive ways (still haven't forgiven him for the chicken song)
